What is a food web?

 

A food web is made up of many overlapping food chains. With a varity of species dependent on eachother, for a food.

 

1st order consumers also are herbivores, which means they rely on plants as a food source.

 

2nd order consumers rely on1st order consumers as a food source and so on. 2nd order consumers are either carnivores or omnivores.

 

Pedators rely on their prey have a sustainable population, because if the amount of prey decrease so will the predators that kill and eat this organism.
