What is Photosynthesis?
Photosynthesis is a chemical process plants use to produce energy and food for themselves. Photosynthesis requires sunlight and chlorophyll to absorb carbon dioxide and water, then to release oxygen and glucose.

Chlorophyll
Glucose is vital for plants, it is used to make all the materials a plant needs, e.g. protiens and vitamins.
